The Contractual Agreement

Invitation to Offer: All products and information displayed on the site constitute an "invitation to offer." Your order for purchase constitutes your "offer," which is subject to acceptance by Lillian.

Acceptance of Offer: No act or omission by Lillian prior to the actual dispatch of the product(s) ordered will constitute acceptance of your offer.
Statutory Eligibility
Use of the Site is restricted to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Act, including minors and un-discharged insolvents, are not eligible to use the Site. If you are a minor (under 18 years of age), you may only transact through a legal guardian or parent who is a registered user.
Artisanal & Handmade Product Variations
Lillian specializes in handcrafted apparel. By placing an order, the consumer acknowledges the following:

Inherent Characteristics: Minor variations in grain, color, stitch density, and fabric texture are inherent characteristics of the artisanal production process and shall not be classified as manufacturing defects.

Digital Representation: While we strive for chromatic accuracy, Lillian does not guarantee that your electronic device's display of any color will be an exact representation of the physical garment.
Financial Terms & Taxation

GST Compliance: Lillian is a GST-registered entity. All prices listed are Gross Prices inclusive of all applicable statutory taxes (CGST, SGST, or IGST).

Pricing Discrepancies: In the event of a clerical or typographical error in pricing, Lillian reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched.

Refund of Consideration: Should an order be cancelled post-payment, the consideration amount will be reversed to the original source of payment within 7 to 12 business days.
5. Domestic Logistics & Delivery

Territorial Scope: Lillian provides delivery services across the territory of India, subject to the serviceability of our third-party logistics partners.

Erroneous Information: Any additional costs incurred for redelivery due to inaccurate information provided by the consumer (e.g., incorrect address or contact details) shall be recovered from the consumer.
Claim Policy & Consumer Redressal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Lillian provides the following redressal framework:

Manufacturing Defects: Claims for 100% refund or replacement are valid only for proven manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery with the original tax invoice.

Logistics Damage: Any product received in a damaged state must be reported to our support team within 5 days of delivery, accompanied by photographic and Videography evidence.

Exclusions: Claims will be summarily rejected if the defect arises from:

Improper laundering/care.

Intentional or accidental damage post-delivery.

Customizations made specifically for the consumer ("Made-to-Order").

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: The courts at [Delhi] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

Arbitration: Any dispute shall be referred to an independent arbitrator appointed by Lillian under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of arbitration shall be [Delhi].
