At Lillian, we believe in the value of "Slow Fashion." Every garment is handcrafted with precision and care, ensuring you receive a unique, high-quality piece. Because each item is made specifically for you, our timelines and payment systems differ from mass-market retail.

Pre-Paid Order System (No COD)

To maintain the integrity of our made-to-order process and manage our limited artisanal stock, Lillian operates on a 100% Pre-Paid basis only.

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for any orders.

  • Orders are confirmed and move into the production phase only once the payment is successfully processed via our secure Shopify website using razorpay as our payment gateways

Fulfillment Timeline

Because your clothes are handcrafted, your order undergoes a two-step journey before reaching you:

  • Production Phase (10–15 Business Days): This is the time our artisans take to cut, stitch, and finish your garment.

  • Transit Phase (7–10 Business Days): This is the time taken by our courier partners to deliver the package from our studio to your location.

Tracking Your Order

  • Each product page contains a specific Estimated Shipping Time in the description.

  • Once your order is handcrafted and dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID via email and SMS.

  • You can monitor your shipment’s journey through our logistics partner’s portal.

Shipping Charges & Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping: We deliver across India. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.

  • Accuracy of Information: Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are 100% accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable after three attempts, re-shipping charges will be billed to the customer.

  • Liability: Lillian is responsible for your order until it is successfully delivered. In the rare event of a transit delay, we will work with the courier to resolve it promptly.

 Non-Serviceable Areas

If our courier partners cannot service your specific pin code, we will notify you within 48 hours of your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
